We worked closely with the University of Limerick VP’s office for this important design project – the branding, design and packaging of the University’s Five Year Strategy. It was a highly successful working relationship that engendered creative flexibility in the exploration of new techniques and dynamic design features – which consistently resulted in on-the-mark and engaging high-end strategy document and supporting material.
Key to the success of the latest production, the University’s main strategy 2015-2019, was an innate understanding of the University of Limerick vision and culture. We wanted to create layers of meaning, taking the essence of the brand and enriching it with inspirational graphics to communicate achievement and distinctiveness, to instill pride and passion amongst University faculty and staff, and communicate the University’s ‘ambition’ to it’s international audience.
The document also serves as a critical PR showcase for the University, allowing it to reach out to communities, employers, alumni, external collaborators and to the international scene.
The graphic style and conceptual framework we designed for this Strategy Plan encompassed the collateral modes of large format graphics, backdrops, event material and animated video.
